⬩ I reserve the right to decline any commission request that I do not feel comfortable or capable of completing. Requests involving real people and/or any kind of paraphilia will be automatically declined.
⬩ I retain the copyright to all of my artwork. This means I may post completed commissions on my social media or work on them live during my streams, unless the client has purchased a Privacy Add-on, which is available for an additional 20% of the original commission price.
⬩ Work will only begin once payment has been received and the client has agreed to these Terms of Service.
⬩ Payments are accepted via PayPal in USD. Once we have agreed on the commission details, I will ask for your email address and send you a PayPal invoice containing all the relevant information.
⬩ Refunds are not accepted.
⬩ While not required, credit is greatly appreciated whenever my artwork is shared on social media or other platforms.
⬩ The use of my artwork for training, feeding, or generating content with any AI system is strictly prohibited.
✦ DEADLINES & REVISIONS ✦
⬩ Illustrations typically take 1–4 weeks, while VTuber model artwork usually takes 1–2 months. Turnaround times may vary depending on the complexity of the commission.
⬩ I work with a slot-based queue. Commissions are accepted into a waiting list and completed in order, so I kindly ask for your patience while you wait for your turn.
⬩ If you need your commission completed sooner, rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Please feel free to ask in advance.
⬩ You may request revisions while the commission is in the sketch stage. Once the sketch has been approved, any further changes will incur an additional fee based on the complexity of the requested edits.
⬩ If I make a mistake by overlooking something that was clearly shown in your references or character design, I will correct it free of charge.
✦ USAGE & COMMERCIAL RIGHTS ✦
⬩ The final artwork will be delivered digitally via email.
⬩ You are free to use your commission for any non-commercial purpose, including:
𖹭 Posting the artwork on any social media platform.
𖹭 Using it as a profile picture, for non-profit accounts, or as reference material for future commissions.
𖹭 Printing it in any format for personal use.
⬩ Please do not edit, trace, or use the artwork as a base for other works.
⬩ If you wish to purchase commercial usage rights, an additional fee of at least 50% of the original commission price will apply. The final fee may increase depending on the intended commercial use.
⬩ Commercial usage rights are already included in the base price of VTuber model artwork.
